BOOTSTRAP.md, IDENTITY.md, USER.md, and HEARTBEAT.md

These supporting files help an Agent understand a workspace and its collaborators. Keep the main role and operating rules in SOUL.md and AGENTS.md.

BOOTSTRAP.md

A new workspace may receive BOOTSTRAP.md, which guides the Agent to read SOUL.md and AGENTS.md, prepare USER.md and memory, and introduce itself. The Agent is instructed to delete it after setup. Do not treat the deleted file as persistent configuration that returns on every restart.

IDENTITY.md

This file contains the Agent name, role/theme, and identity expression. The runtime may prepare it at creation. Keep lengthy persona and work rules in SOUL.md.

USER.md

Store stable context such as preferred forms of address, timezone, and team collaboration preferences.

# User Profile

- Preferred language: Korean
- Preferred report format: summary, evidence, next actions
- Timezone: Asia/Seoul

Exclude personal identifiers, contact information, authentication data, and customer data. A lasting preference can also be summarized briefly in MEMORY.md.

HEARTBEAT.md

This is a short checklist for an Agent with heartbeat enabled.

# Heartbeat Checklist

- [ ] Check for pending messages.
- [ ] Check for failed Tasks or webhook events.
- [ ] Check for confirmed decisions worth recording.

Use short, low-cost checks rather than long-running work or repeated messages. Verify execution permission and schedule availability against runtime and organization policy.
