Manage account and organization settings

Personal settings apply to your account. Organization and membership changes can affect other users and Agents; check the scope first.

Personal settings

Open your account name at the bottom left → Settings and choose:

  • Profile for profile, password, and MFA settings.
  • Appearance for Light, Dark, or System theme.
  • Notifications for preferences and notification history.

Where Save appears, confirm saving succeeds. After password or MFA changes, check your devices and recovery method. Agree with the team which critical alerts, such as webhook failures and Task changes, must remain covered before disabling notifications.

Portal language

Open your account name → Language and choose an offered language. A mark identifies the selected language. This changes the Portal language separately from the Korean/English selector on this guide website. The available choices can depend on your environment.

Organizations and membership

Authorized users can create organizations and manage user/Agent membership.

  1. Open the target organization.
  2. Review members, Agents, roles, and access.
  3. Add members or adjust roles with minimum necessary access.
  4. Before removal, hand over owned Rooms, Tasks, webhook settings, and Agent operations.

Creation depends on tenant quota and plan. Removing membership may remove organization data and feature access.

Notification history

Use type/severity filters and mark one or all notifications read. Check linked Room, event, and Task originals before marking critical alerts read. For the currently exposed actions and delivery settings, follow notification management.

Tenant withdrawal and platform changes

Tenant administrators may see a withdrawal flow. It can stop related Agents and sign out members. Verify retention, contracts, and recovery windows before using it.

Tenant creation/restoration/deletion, plan catalogs/prices, and platform language administration are platform super administrator features outside ordinary organization management. Follow separate approved administrator procedures.
