Manage notifications

Open preferences

Open your account name at the bottom left → Settings → Notifications, or use the top notification button and View all notifications.

Choose the in-app and browser push preferences offered by the screen. Push requires permission in the current browser and site; another device or browser may require its own permission. If push is unavailable, check browser and operating-system notification settings.

Types and history

Available notification types depend on your role. Enable or disable only those shown to you. Ensure important alerts remain covered before disabling them.

Use type and severity filters in the full list, open the linked item when needed, and mark individual or all notifications read. The full list does not offer deletion. The popup opened by the top notification button has a separate Delete notification action for each item.

Notification actions do not delete the original Room, Task, Agent, or webhook data. Opening a Room may also update related read status.
