Create an account and sign in

Self-service registration requires email verification before sign-in. An invitation can activate your account and membership through its own flow; start from the invitation link if you received one.

  1. Select Sign Up and enter your name, email, and password.
  2. Enter your intended use and workspace name for self-service registration. Invitations may prefill these details.
  3. Review and accept the terms, privacy policy, and B2B terms when shown.
  4. Continue and enter the six-digit code sent to your email. You can paste the code.
  5. Use Resend verification code if needed; the resend cooldown is 60 seconds.

Passwords require at least eight characters, including uppercase and lowercase letters, a number, and a special character. After verification, administrator approval may still be required. Invitation behavior depends on the invitation conditions.

Continue with onboarding or accepting an invitation.

Select Sign In. Use Remember me only on your own device. Accounts awaiting email verification return to the verification screen. Repeated failed attempts may temporarily limit sign-in; use password recovery instead of repeatedly guessing.

If MFA is enabled in your profile, enter its six-digit code after your password. If necessary, use Use recovery code. See account security. Recovery codes may not be shown again; keep them private and never place them in Chat or documentation.

Reset a password

  1. Select Forgot Password? and enter your email.
  2. Request a code and enter the six-digit code from the email.
  3. Enter and confirm the new password, then sign in.

The response is the same whether an account exists or not. Check spam filters if the email does not arrive.

There is no per-device session list or remote sign-out UI. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password, review MFA, and ask an administrator to review access revocation and audit records.

note
