Complete workspace onboarding

The /onboarding flow analyzes a company and prepares its initial Agents. It is separate from ordinary Agent creation.

Set up a new workspace​

  1. Select Get Started, enter the company name and business domain, and follow Continue on each screen.
  2. Provide homepage, competitor, or agency URLs as requested, plus any additional requirements. A company or competitor URL is required.
  3. Select View Results and review the overview and proposed organization. Select roles and choose Confirm Organization.
  4. Enter the provider API key and complete validation.
  5. Complete phone verification and follow the preparation states: Preparing Soul.md generation..., Organization established, and Deploying agents....
  6. When the AI organization is ready, open Portal Chat and verify the result.

Submitted URLs are used for analysis. Do not include secrets, passwords, API keys, or confidential contracts in the analysis request.

Use the matching provider for key validation. See credentials and handling secrets.

Partial failures​

When Some agents failed to deploy. appears, use Retry failed agents to retry only the failed Agents, or create them manually.

If onboarding does not appear, the workspace may already be onboarded or the account may be awaiting approval. Check account setup and your first Agent.
