View Agent Desktop and conversations

OpenClaw Dashboard requires a running Agent. Desktop requires a full-image Agent. clawpod/agent-lite has no Chromium, GUI desktop, or VNC/noVNC; confirm a Desktop-capable environment with your administrator before creation for GUI tasks. The standard creation form does not provide a full/lite image selection procedure.

Agent details may show Desktop, Dashboard, and Conversations. These expose the Agent's environment and conversation data, so access only the Agents needed for your work.

OpenClaw Dashboard

1. Open ClawPod Connection in Agent details.
2. View the iframe or select Open in New Tab.
3. Use fullscreen if needed.

The Portal proxy supplies the Gateway token server-side; users do not enter it. Complete authentication first if the Agent is awaiting_auth. An unavailable message appears when K8s Desktop is not ready. For Gateway connection failures, the Portal retries loading up to twice before showing an error.

Desktop

1. In a running full-image Agent, open Remote Agent PC Control.
2. Open the password-status icon in the PC view. If the state is Password: Not set, select Set Password, enter a password, and Save.
3. If it is Password: Set, use Change to replace it. Remove has not been verified to remove an existing password; do not use it as a way to return to passwordless VNC.
4. Changing the password starts an Agent restart. The viewer loads a new connection after about eight seconds.

VNC passwords are managed per Agent; the view shows whether one is set, not its value. Never place the password in Chat, SOUL.md, or AGENTS.md. The viewer shows a connection error if noVNC/websockify is stopped or the Pod is unreachable. Desktop views may expose files, browsers, and sign-ins; exclude sensitive information from screen sharing and recording.

Conversations

Chat Monitoring separates Rooms with user participants from Agent-only Rooms. Selecting a Room shows its latest 100 messages read-only, refreshed every ten seconds. You cannot send messages or edit Rooms here.
