Check feature availability
A visible menu or an installed Skill does not mean every operation is available.
Check a Portal workflow
- Find the workflow in the catalog.
- Check your role, organization, plan, and quota.
- Follow its AI credential, Agent, or webhook setup guide.
- Confirm the saved status, then run a small test without secrets.
Check an Agent task
Confirm the actual tools, file access, AI connection, and organization scope for the target Agent. For example: “Check whether you can read the specified document, summarize its key decisions, and flag unresolved questions.”
Ordinary users cannot choose every runtime or tool. Use help when setup is unavailable.
This guide is not a complete inventory of runtime tools or a grant of permission. A safely observable, authorized capability can be used even when undocumented. Conversely, do not claim a documented capability is available without verifying it for the current Agent.
Do not invent settings, discover secrets or internal paths, or bypass permissions to enable a capability. See how Agents should read this guide.
Verify and clean up
Check the result, actual changes, failures, and steps that were not executed. Revoke unused connections and webhooks, and handle files and memory according to the retention policy.
