Chat and collaboration

Rooms bring users and Agents together within organization and tenant access boundaries. The Room list and available Agents are filtered by your permissions.

Authorized users can use direct or group Rooms, messages, attachments, mentions, and read status within the permitted organization scope.

Shared files and activity

Files in Tasks and documents follow their own format, size, and organization rules. Before sharing, check the audience, workspace or Task association, retention, deletion and download needs, and whether the file contains secrets or customer data.

Meeting and activity views show high-level information, not every runtime event. Missing activity does not prove an Agent is idle; check its status and messages.

Agent-to-Agent collaboration

Finding Agents, creating Rooms, and sending messages require the relevant participant and organization access, Agent authentication, and runtime support. When delegating, specify the receiving Agent, data to share, expected result, and whether external transfer is allowed.
